The Orders team has a mission to help sellers to reach their customers anywhere and provide seamless omnichannel experiences - such as buy online, pickup in store - to sellers of all sizes. Furthermore, we aim to build an Orders platform that empowers both teams at Square and an ecosystem of third-party developers to support our sellers in this bright future ahead.
The Order Hub team has a vision in which Square sellers can efficiently manage their orders all in one place, regardless of source or channel. As a frontend engineer on the Order Hub team, you will develop a best-in-class Order Management experience that makes omnichannel a reality for our sellers.
Lead the development of thoughtful new features in Square's Seller Dashboard to empower sellers to easily manage their orders
Work with other engineers, designers, and product managers to iterate on and ship excellent product experiences, from prototype to launch.
Provide mentorship and guidance to other front-end engineers, teaching us frontend development best practices.
Hold yourself, and your teammates, accountable to the standards of engineering that allow Square to safely move billions of dollars in payments and allow our customers to trust us with their sensitive data.
Experience contributing to large frontend codebases and leading complex technical projects, e.g. cross-team programs or migrating from a legacy to more modern tech stack
A desire to build products that our merchants will depend on every day to run their business.
