Position Overview:

The Investment Analyst / Associate will be based in San Francisco and will play a critical role in the underwriting and execution of new investment opportunities. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Quantitative Analysis:

  • Developing complex financial models in Excel
  • Preparing annual re-forecasts of existing investments

Market and Property Research:

  • Compiling and summarizing market research reports and data
  • Assembling and evaluating sales and rent comparables
  • Analyzing property operations

Presentation and Document Writing:

  • Assisting with the preparation of investment committee memoranda
  • Assisting with the preparation and review of transactional documents


  • Undergraduate degree from top-tier institution
  • 1-5 years’ experience in an investment / financial role in real estate
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills
  • Exceptional business writing skills
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
