Position Overview

The Senior analyst will be an addition to a small team, which is responsible for implementing the risk management framework, investment guidelines and restriction checks, fx hedging, liquidity management, leverage facilities, performance fee oversight and trade execution. The Senior analyst will be involved in a broad range of tasks and will support the team in all aspects of its remit. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong communication skills, be able to meet deadlines and prioritise the workload. You must be a hardworking self-starter capable of demonstrating commitment and attention to detail. In this position, you will closely collaborate with other members of the private debt, legal, reporting and operations teams.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prepare and assist with requirements of bank financing
  • Oversee FX hedging of investment portfolios
  • Prepare monthly investment controlling/guidelines reports
  • Prepare monthly leverage reports and quarterly stress test reports for all AIF’s
  • Ensure pre-trade compliance for loan investments
  • Assist to prepare quarterly board packs and organise the monthly Investment Committee and Risk Committee meetings
  • Analyse and process business data to address ad-hoc requests
  • Maintain fund specific investment guidelines within proprietary database
  • Constantly identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure consistent documentation of tasks, tools, processes and interfaces
  • Support other people within the team during absences

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master degree from a top-tier college
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience with alternative investments is a positive
  • Ability to prioritize activities while working on multiple projections and achieve target deadlines
