Our Post-Grad hires have a history of advancing through multiple roles with increased responsibilities and challenges. 


The primary purpose of the entry level Fleet Management role is to manage all inbound and outbound activities for a fleet of non-union drivers in a manner that is safe, productive and timely.

The Fleet Management Role is at the center of an unpredictable, deadline-driven environment. Our customers require individuals who think on both a detailed and big picture scale, and who are capable of making appropriate decisions "on the fly." The value that you bring to this organization relies on your ability to challenge and motivate your fleet to always achieve key performance indicators in a compliant manner.

Post Graduate: Fleet Management Role:

  • Drive a high level of engagement with your fleet - commit to the career success and personal growth of your drivers through positive working relationships
  • Review scheduled pick-up and delivery appointments daily. Confirm that each driver is fully informed of all customer and company expectations on every load at the point of dispatch
  • Coordinate drivers' scheduled home time, down time, current status, and predicted time available
  • Address safety non-conformance and violations/incidents. Counsel drivers who are out of compliance with DOT and arrange for specific re-training to help them regain good standing
  • Escalate matters impacting on-time delivery to appropriate stakeholders as they occur
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports as required

Post Graduate: Fleet Management Profile:

  • We are looking for highly motivated students and graduates who have a passion and desire to learn about the aggressively growing logistics and transportation industry. Those who are most successful in our entry level Fleet Management positions are highly adaptable and possess strong multi-tasking skills. 
  • Have successfully completed a Bachelors or Masters Degree program at an accredited college or university in Supply Chain/Operations Management or Business with relevant experience or a related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
  • Be available to start full-time employment in 2017
  • Have the right to work in the U.S. without restriction
