Contracts Manager (Part-Time)

Our business is growing globally across several markets and we’re looking for a talented contracts professional who wishes to join in that growth. The ideal candidate has experience negotiating contracts and can support our contracts needs in selling to the higher education, commercial and government markets. This is an opportunity to take your contact negotiating skills to the next level.

About You

  • You are looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity. (15- 20 hours per week.)
  • You have 3-6 years of experience in a contracts position at a technology or software company and a bachelors degree.
  • You have excellent knowledge of contract drafting principles, negotiation skills and demonstrated experience in contract administration within the software or technology industry.
  • You can speak to your process and philosophy behind negotiating contracts and highlight a few key negotiation wins that you are especially proud of.
  • You enjoy working with in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage competing priorities and work independently on a wide range of issues and projects, while delivering quality work.
  • You thrive in a team environment.
  • You have high integrity and an unyielding commitment to compliance.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Systems such as NetSuite.
  • Government contract experience preferred but not required.

  • Collaborate with our small but mighty Contracts Team to work on all aspects of the contract process. Draft, review, edit, negotiate and finalize software as a service (SaaS) agreements and other agreements including vendor agreements.
  • Own the legal portion of the RFP response process collaborating on numerous RFP responses.
  • Initiate client orders via internal systems and process documents for execution.
  • Manage existing contracts and files to ensure accurate record retention.
  • Liaise with sales, business development, sales operations, customer services, finance, and other business teams to resolve issues related to contracts.
