We are looking to add a Talent Center Specialist (temporary) to our Talent Acquisition team in Tel Aviv.
The Talent Acquisition team in Taboola is tasked with bringing in top talent that impacts our technology, business and culture. In this position you will be working alongside some of the most talented people in the industry, assisting in building new teams while shaping our great culture and playing a key role in maintaining our unique, fast paced workplace.
- Manage initial screening stages of the recruitment processes, focusing on resume and phone screening
- Schedule F2F interviews, while working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners (recruiters) and with Taboola interviewers
- Present candidates Taboola's value proposition
- Provide an excellent candidate experience
- Conduct candidates sourcing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science
- 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment from placement agencies, or similar role in a hi-tech company
- Former experience in administrative work
- Excellent communication skills and high service approach
- Proactive, independent but also a team player
- Proficiency in English
