Sales Manager

Teads.tv is on the hunt for a Sales Manager to join the dynamic sales team in Miami.

Your primary focus will be to promote the sale of Teads’ solutions to key brand and agency accounts throughout South Florida for the US general and multicultural market, and the Latin American Pan-Regional market.


Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close business with a targeted list of agency partners and advertiser accounts
  • Develop and scale high-level collaborative relationships with brands and agencies in South Florida
  • Effectively manage an accurate sales pipeline and forecast
  • Reach and exceed sales targets while contributing to the growth of strategic business units
  • Respond to RPFs with strategic proposals that accurately address client needs
  • Represent Teads in the online marketplace and become an active brand advocate
  • Work closely with all internal teams to ensure client campaign expectations are met
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and incremental revenue
  • Attend weekly sales meetings/presentations with agencies and clients to discuss strategy and Teads positioning
  • Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams

 

Requirements

  • Prior digital media sales experience is required
  • A fantastic track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong programmatic knowledge/experience
  • Expertise in both branding and performance advertising
  • Understanding of the quickly-changing digital marketplace
  • Deep relationships with contacts at top-tier agencies and advertisers in South Florida
  • Desire to work in a changing, innovative, fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and a self-starter
  • Solutions driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills. English required, Spanish a plus
