Teads is seeking a motivated Performance Account Executive to join the growing team in Chicago.  As a Performance Account Executive for Teads, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of our mid- and lower-funnel products and offerings. This role will directly report to the Director of Performance Sales, Midwest.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and set up performance managed and self-service campaigns for clients on their
    DSP of choice
  • Sell multiple Display & Video products on Performance outcome-based billing models, or
    CPM optimized for performance with site pixels
  • Work closely with the Midwest team on opportunities within our existing client base and
    also with potential new ones
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to effectively manage client
    expectations, ensure successful campaign management and create up-sell opportunities
  • Share field intelligence and previous experience to product and innovation teams to
    improve and grow the performance offering
  • Present QBRs / Analyze campaign performance, issues and optimization opportunities
    to implement


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Deep knowledge of Programmatic / Main DSPs usage
  • Deep understanding of attribution and analytics tools
  • Network and contact list within performance marketing teams
  • Understanding of the Outstream/Native USP and opportunity for performance clients
  • Prior digital media experience, ideally within mobile or video
  • Strong new business and new product sales skills
  • Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player
  • Creative thinker and always looking for new ways to achieve aims
  • Client facing experience, confident and articulate
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities and ability to work without supervision
