We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, experienced in B2B marketing. An exciting part of this role will be leading and promoting our "Advertising Responsibly" best practice internally and externally. "Advertising Responsibly" and "Progressive Media" has always been at the heart of Teads DNA. We support our publishers extensively, care about sustainability, promote responsibility, diversity and inclusion in all we do and because our inventory is in quality journalism, we avoid the challenges of social media regarding hate speech, fake news, misleading content and other challenges they face. 

This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the advertising responsibility project at Teads. Working closely with all the key functions in the business you will be tasked with developing existing and new projects around this key strategic initiative across the globe.


Key Responsibilities:

- Helping define and evolve the Teads "Advertising Responsibly" strategy at a global level

- Working closely with each of the work-stream leaders to ensure projects are delivered with quality in a consistent, coherent and timely manner ... these include

  • Teads Care – whereby Teads support client programs by matching their investment in their charity programs
  • Teads carbon footprint program (working closely with the innovation lead)
  • Diversity and inclusion projects with key Clients, Ad operations and Publishers including blockwords, broadening site choice, bringing in new publishers, creative/data and insight support
  • "Advertising Responsibly" packages to be bought by client

- Be the Teads expert on responsible advertising speaking with all internal and external stakeholders,

- Create and deliver best in class advertising responsibly presentations to enable our sales team to share our thinking to best meet our client’s needs (working closely with the strategic accounts team)

- Proactive engagement with industry committees and conferences


Experience / Background:

  • Advertising/media experience. Experienced in B2B Marketing is a must, within a technology environment is desired 
  • Strong knowledge of advertising responsibly ecosystem and of and strong existing relationships
  • Ability to build relationships with top marketing decision makers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower colleagues to achieve objectives with a team approach
  • Good understanding of ad tech and ability to simplify the complex
  • Good project management skills... able to manage complex workload and deliver to commitments
