As the Senior Data Analyst for the Marketing team, you will partner closely with our CMO, Head of User Acquisition, and Head of Growth to expand our use of data to unlock scale and growth for the company. Partnering across data science and engineering you will leverage data, quantitative reasoning, and storytelling to uncover actionable insights and drive decision making.
Map and analyze trends or patterns within complex data sets, in order to guide decisions for Pill Club's overall growth marketing strategy.
Execute projects that leverage customer insights to develop user growth and channel expansionManage weekly data performance reporting with actionable recommendations based on your insights
Own the development of marketing dashboards, reports, and monitoring systems to support ongoing analysis of channels and campaigns.
Identify opportunities and risks for marketing experiments across the end-to-end customer journey.
Determine statistical significance, confidence intervals, and predictive models to support experiment design and optimization.
Translate your research and analysis into tactical recommendations for our growth marketing team.
Inspire passion for our mission across the company
5 years of experience in a strategic and analytical role, preferably within a rapid-growth startup
Recent experience in analyzing growth marketing data. You speak marketing-lingo.
Advanced experience with SQL to derive insights. R and Python are a plus.
Strong familiarity with basic data warehouse structures and data processes
Willingness to learn any technical knowledge to improve collaboration with our data engineering team
Knowledge of user acquisition strategies and digital marketing best practices
Skillful experience with data reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, and QuickSight.
Understanding of product analytics and user behavior tools such as Amplitude, Heap, Google Analytics 360, or Mixpanel.
A/B testing, experiment design, and conversion rate optimization are a plus.
This is a full-time position. Our offices are in San Mateo, CA, but this role may be remote. Title and compensation will reflect level of experience and expected contribution.
