About this job

The Pill Club is at an exciting inflection point as we continue to expand in women’s health beyond contraception. With the recent launch of our Dermatology offering, we are expanding quickly and looking for team members to drive our newest business lines.
This Senior Manager of New Business will be involved in the end-to-end process of creating a new business, including: identifying priority areas for the company, developing Pilots to test our hypotheses, launching and scaling our newest ventures.
Reporting into the Director of New Business, you will own critical OKRs for the business, while leading The Pill Club in this next chapter of growth.

You will:

  • Develop a framework and strategy for where we should prioritize future investments in new businesses (e.g. which business lines are most important for our patients and our business)
  • Conduct market sizing analyses and competitive research related to new businesses
  • Develop and launch pilots to validate expansion plans
  • Own scale and growth for some of our newest initiatives (e.g. Dermatology) as we continue to build out operations
  • Build and own go-to-market plans for the launches, working closely with our marketing teams
  • Work cross-functionally with all teams required for a successful launch, including our Ops, Medical, Pharmacy, and Product teams
  • Own company OKRs related to the launch of our new businesses

You have:

  • Passion for women’s health and expanding access to care to millions of new patients
  • Strategic mindset - likely with 3-5 years in biz ops, corporate strategy, consulting, banking
  • Operational mindset and an interest in taking an idea and bringing it to life
  • Ruthless prioritization and the ability to balance small details with long-term vision
  • Deep interest in working cross-functionally with all of our core ops and tech teams
  • Team-first mindset - we’re all in this together!
  • Positive attitude and an interest in keeping things fun :) 
  • A track record for success
  • Interest in and ability to wear multiple hats depending on what’s required
