As a Client Service Lead, together with our Sales team, you will provide an exceptional experience to both existing clients and prospects, without being responsible for direct sales. This role is a means to make a difference: you will play a crucial, front-line role in helping Voleon achieve our ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales professionals to deliver seamless service for existing clients and prospects; these efforts include drafting external communications, preparing for meetings, and taking the lead on follow-ups
  • Become an expert on Voleon’s investors and their service requirements; this responsibility includes becoming familiar with the backgrounds of existing clients and prospects and anticipating their needs
  • Assume responsibility for queries and requests from existing clients, prospects and other third parties; work with internal teams to generate responses in a timely and high-quality manner; keep a record of these queries and requests for future reference
  • Address needs of existing clients and prospects, keep them informed and act as a partner to mitigate the impact of any issues that arise
  • Update and maintain investor reports, FAQ and due diligence collateral
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring accurate processes and procedures are followed
  • Collaborate with other colleagues to maintain accurate records of existing clients and prospects in the CRM database
  • Identify opportunities to improve the experience for existing clients and prospects and increase the team’s efficiency along the end-to-end client lifecycle; execute on initiatives to implement improvements

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in a client service role at a hedge fund or asset manager
  • Knowledge of the institutional investor landscape and understanding of clients’ servicing needs
  • Demonstrable history of achieving superior client satisfaction
  • A track record of clear, effective, and precise professional communication, both in drafting and copywriting written materials and in verbal interactions with clients and internally
  • Experience with client onboarding
  • Proficiency with managing a CRM database
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Authorization to work in the United States
