As the Equities Trading Supervisor, you will report directly to the Head of Trading. You will supervise our systematic trading program in American and European equities markets. You will become an expert in market microstructure and low latency trading strategies. This role is a means to make a difference: you will ensure that our research efforts become reality in the markets.


  • Monitor high-volume trading and portfolio risk, track real-time market developments
  • Contribute to the codebase underlying automated trading operations
  • Measure and improve execution by creating high-value reports
  • Apply programmatic solutions to scale and expand trading operations
  • Work American and European market hours from our London office


  • At least one year of relevant work experience (quantitative trading experience preferred)
  • Experience using a Unix-like OS
  • Proficiency in a programming language
  • Experience in data analysis and visualization
  • Academic or practical familiarity with statistics
  • Working knowledge of relational databases
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline
  • Authorization to work in the UK
