As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, Workplace. This role is a hands-on office management and facilities operations role. You will serve a pivotal role in enriching our experience at work. This role is a means to make a difference: you will contribute to a welcoming, enriching environment for our employees and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of services in our office spaces including office management, reception and guest services, office maintenance, meeting and event planning, mail, company food and beverage program, and other high-touch employee services
  • Oversee day-to-day workplace operations including building security and management, space planning and inventory, vendor management, cross-team collaboration, etc
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help shape an office experience that is aligned with our culture and values
  • Implement inclusive programs and initiatives to enhance the workplace experience (both in office and hybrid)
  • Support the implementation of Voleon's Covid-19 Safety Protocols and ensure we are staying up to date and compliant (HIPAA / SOC-2 / GDPR where appropriate)

Requirements

  • 1+ years organizing operations or activities in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a service-oriented role
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Experience with email, spreadsheet, videoconference, scheduling, and word processing software applications
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Facilities Management Professional (FMP) Certified
