As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will report directly to the Head of Recruiting. You will be a sourcing expert who has a mastery of modern recruiting techniques. The focus will be on attracting top software engineers and/or researchers to engage in advanced work in machine learning, finance, and technology. Your efforts will help shape the future of our organization. This role is a means to make a difference: you will work hand-in-hand with our corps of internal recruiters as we set forth to build a unique, leading, and lasting enterprise.
Create a rich pipeline of top tier engineering talent by using both time-tested and innovative sourcing strategies
Develop a customized, client-oriented relationship with each hiring manager
Own the candidate experience and make it a positive and memorable journey, even for candidates who do not join us
Collaborate with our internal recruiting team and hiring managers to maintain a high-performance downstream recruiting process
Manage the offer process by implementing effective closing strategies
Lead bespoke projects to improve our recruiting effort overall
Work with and shape tools that will enhance your success, including our ATS and our metrics systems
At least five years as a technical recruiter with an expertise in sourcing top engineering talent
Experience hiring software engineers and/or researchers in a high-growth environment (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree (a plus)
Authorization to work in the United States
