Our team is a performance-driven squad of marketers that value the importance of direct response and branding. We manage THINX Inc’s paid media budget to grow our customer base efficiently across our three dynamic brands that are revolutionizing the retail and CPG markets. The right candidate is scrappy, data-driven, ambitious and excited to make an impact early in their career.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee budgets, account flighting, and day-to-day optimizations of paid social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, Google Adwords, Display (among others)
  • Manage email marketing initiatives such as email marketing calendar, deployment/execution of email programs, QA, reporting, and insights
  • Partner with creative team to develop new A/B tests
  • Conduct weekly and monthly analyses across our channels to identify trends in performance and optimization suggestions
  • Assist Senior Manager in driving strategy and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize channel performance

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-1 years of media buying, planning, and recommendations
  • Experience using paid social as an integrated component of larger marketing mix
  • Experience working with an e-commerce client
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Experience using third party analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Heap, Looker, etc. a plus
  • Enjoy working in a start-up environment
