THINX, Inc, a rapidly- growing company that is disrupting the period, incontinence and reproductive health categories. We are seeking a self-motivated Project Manager to lead us in managing deliverables, keeping us to our production schedules, managing our resources, and creating a smooth and harmonious pipeline of communication between each department.
 
This individual needs to be extremely detail-oriented and process-driven in order to help us lead the way to a more organized and efficient flow.  
 
Reporting to the Director of Project Management, they will oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously, and need to possess the ability to synthesize new information and re-allocate workflow and resources accordingly. We also need this person to have a good sense of humor while they balance all the pieces of our projects with grace and ease.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, Product, Events team, and Digital Leads to manage a body of work aligned against business goals or audiences
  • Work with Marketing, Creative, Product, Event and Digital teams to establish project timelines and ensures team is aware of key milestone dates.
  • Clearly communicate issues related to staying on schedule to team leads
  • Be an internal business partner. Facilitate relationships between teams by moving process forward, planning and assigning resources, reworking schedules, raising concerns to appropriate owners early and identifying & resolving open issues that prevent progress
  • Continually assess the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure they are delivering against the brands aligned goals
  • Excellent ability to synthesize data and qualitative inputs into clear, concise PowerPoint presentations
  • Predict roadblocks/obstacles, establishes meetings and integration points between teams
  • Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solution
  • Assist in coordinating resources across multiple project initiatives and teams
  • Manage the process and behind-the-scenes of creating brands, from resourcing and timelines to scope management and cross-communication Work with team, leads to ensure all feedback is captured and any roadblocks are cleared
  • Support in identifying and optimizing internal processes for the best results
  • Work on special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
  • Track activities on projects and establish a clear path and owners of next steps  

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3-4 years of work experience, with heavy emphasis on project management and transformation; ideally with experience at an advertising/ branding/packaging agency
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally facing
  • Basic knowledge of Project Management frameworks
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to clearly and quickly present your ideas and translate needs from one team to another
