Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with Salesforce Team Lead on project management of multiple Salesforce & 3rd party integration implementations with accuracy, transparency, and detail-orientation
- Work with the Salesforce team & stakeholders on resourcing, design & implementation, test & release, and launch & training
- Proactive communication with stakeholders around project status, updates, and impediments
- Ensure project schedules and deadlines are met while providing regular updates to project stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, including work plans, technical stories, and scheduling
- Implement test and release processes, and work hands-on in executing test solutions (including UAT, production and regression tests)
- Learn and apply product, technology, market and competitive knowledge and keep current on industry trends
- Work with team lead on establishing best practices and documentation around governance, testing and agile project management

Requirements:
- 3+ years managing Salesforce projects
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Solid technical background; intermediate Excel capabilities and related data manipulation skills.

- Strong communication & relationship building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Certification, eg. Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Experience working in SaaS
