As part of our Leadership Team you will own all people related topics and initiatives, give guidance to the business and drive constant change to take people operations to the next evolutionary step, enable and grow our people to run a sustainable business, champion software excellence, revolutionize the IT-Industry and passionately advocate for social- and economic justice.

What you can do:

  • Articulate a compelling vision and strategy for the the people space and assure implementation
  • Partner with all relevant stakeholders to understand the challenges of the consulting business and develop people operations to perfectly meet people and business needs
  • Passionately lead and develop the People team by giving guidance, clearing roadblocks and applying an individual development approach, empowering the team to live up to stakeholder expectations
  • Implement best practices to assure high quality people experience, internal communication, capability development, key employee retention, succession planning & performance management
  • Contribute to leading and further developing the German business as part of the German Leadership team
  • Manage budget and external parties, such as payroll provider, local public bodies, visa agencies
  • Travel to offices and client sites to meet with people for relationship building & support

  • Experience in operating and influencing in a multicultural environment, driving Change and executing strategic People programs
  • Expertise in People & Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Performance- and Change  Management and German Labor Law
  • +10 years total HR experience and at least 5 years in a comparable role
  • Excellent command of German and English
