Tinder is looking for outgoing, highly motivated students to join our Student Brand Marketing team within Tinder U, our student-only feature available for traditional 4-year college and university students in the United States.  We’re looking for an aspiring marketing manager who has their finger on the pulse of campus life to be an official Tinder U Flame that engages, educates, and inspires their campus about all things Tinder U. In this role you will:

  • Establish goals, strategy, measurement, and tactics for Tinder U on your campus
  • Develop relationships with campus groups and influencers
  • Partner with other organizations to build brand loyalty
  • Engage with students on campus and encourage people to download the app and enroll in Tinder U
  • Attend parties and events
  • Continuously come up with new ways to integrate Tinder U into campus life
  • Create animated and engaging social content that naturally highlights Tinder U in your everyday life while adhering to Tinder U brand guidelines and objectives
  • Attend bi-weekly team meetings via video chat
  • Submit marketing activity reports: Including photos, KPIs, and identify areas for future improvement
  • Gather, compile, and report feedback on the Tinder U product and brand
  • Keep yourself up-to-date on Tinder’s new product releases, events, and marketing initiatives
  • Wear and distribute Tinder U swag at events both on and off campus

We’re looking for:

  • Full-time undergraduate university students who are respectful, mature, and professional
  • Active participants in campus clubs and activities
  • Someone highly proficient and very active in social media to champion the brand at every turn
  • An ability to commit an average of 5 hours per week
  • Clever and resourceful candidates who know how to capture the world’s attention
