We are looking for a eal Desk Analyst to join the Commercial Operations team! 

We are: 

  • Go to Market Operations (also known as Commercial Operations), we drive and provide support to the marketing and sales teams. We engage with front line sales to drive revenue.

The Role:

  • The role is a full-time position based in one of our US hubs (Boston, Chicago, or Miami) and working hours will be based on the US geographical location (CST, EST). You work in a structured manner and will develop and standardize deal flow and process. You thrive in ambiguity, are proactive, and collaborative. You are fearless to drive solutions and resolve problems which have yet to be uncovered. You are approachable and will be the trusted advisor to our US sales team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage, review, and countersign contracts.
  • Review and guide deal review to adhere to pricing policies.
  • Drive reporting needs to model commercial terms and operational needs for deals.
  • Review, update, and document efficiency and efficacy of standard and non standard deals.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to understand as well as identify opportunities and risks to drive strategic growth.
  • Manage quarter end closing activities for the US Sales team.
  • Push for ad hoc reporting as needed to identify gaps or opportunities to drive the US business.
  • Own the US-based tech stack (Salesforce.com, Outreach, LeadIQ, PandaDoc, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • +3 years experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, or Accounting
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment focused on high impact performance
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Advanced in Google Workspace (specifically Sheets and Slides), Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams
  • Knowledgeable in ability to manipulate data sets 
  • Ability to build dashboards a plus (Salesforce and Looker)
  • Bachelors in Business, Economics, or Finance equivalent. Masters or Professional degrees would be a plus.
