As Industry Principal - Life Sciences, you will be the Vertical Subject Matter Expert Lead for our Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Healthcare) Vertical, guiding Treasure Data’s internal Go-To-Market stakeholders as well as our Customers and Partners to do their best work. You will assist our clients to develop a shared understanding of customer needs and behaviors and translate that knowledge to leverage our smart customer data platform to power great human experiences for reciprocal value and trust that builds over time. 

This is a highly visible role for highly skilled professionals who bring deep industry expertise to face to face conversations with clients and business partners. You will work closely with our sales teams in active sales cycles, from prospecting to POC stages, providing industry specific support, expertise, education and collateral. You will work with our marketers to create and deliver content for top of funnel industry marketing activities, and nurturing efforts, with blogs, webinars, analyst reviews, and other events and networking, establishing personal eminence internally and externally. You will work with key customers to help them recognize value and drive their roadmaps. 

Responsibilities -
Thought Leadership: 
●  Build our expertise on the industry, groups and personas involved in the purchase
cycles for a CDP, etc
●  Collaborate with our enablement team to train sales teams and business partners
●  Develop intellectual capital, translating that back to a broader set of industry / client
opportunities, often in the form of use cases, best practices, business models and
frameworks, and process development

Business Development:
●  Tailor marketing and sales collateral to create differentiated messaging and
positioning to effectively target Life Sciences companies and personas across the
buyer journeys, creating awareness and generating demand for TD CDP
●  Participate in sales calls to provide industry expertise and share best practices
●  Source new prospects and leads from your expansive personal network
●  Lead workshops and client vision sessions to inspire CX Art of the Possible, Use
Case Development and Prioritization, and supporting business value and time to
value assessments

Product Development
● Collaborate with our platform and enterprise application product teams by representing the industry’s pain points and secular challenges, documenting high-value, near term industry KPIs and use cases, to deliver industry-specific capabilities in future product roadmaps and help drive the industry product vision into the market 

●  5+ years of Life Sciences experience in pharmaceuticals industry
●  Educational background in healthcare or biological sciences field
●  Working knowledge of FDA regulations of Pharmaceuticals Marketing
●  3+ years in professional and/or technology services selling and/or consulting
●  Be well-versed in the challenges and opportunities impacting the industry especially
from customer data, marketing, customer service and/or sales perspectives
●  Experience with data, cloud technology, analytics or AI preferred
●  Ability to facilitate client vision session with design thinking and human-centric
●  Deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry
●  Ability to take a complex message and simplifying it
●  A can-do attitude and a passion for technology and innovation
●  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
●  Ability to work cross-functionally to execute initiatives
●  Honest, open, humble, reliable with a create spirit and growth mindset
