You’re an experienced, resourceful salesperson who understands that customers ultimately buy business value, not cool technology.. You know how to create customer value from a software platform and love the thrill of navigating customers and your team through a challenging business problem. You value personal accountability and clear communication and demonstrate your values by example.

When applying for this position please submit your writing samples, preferably something customer facing (ensure that anything sensitive is redacted). We’d like to understand how clearly you communicate complex ideas in writing. Please prepare “customer case studies”.

We will ask about the deals you have successfully closed as well as lost at your current or past organizations. We will ask detailed questions to assess your depth of customer knowledge, project management skills and oral communication skills.

Location of the role
The role can be based anywhere in the United States.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

-Experience selling a complex platform product, preferably with cloud delivery model.
-Experience renewing and expanding large complex global accounts through coordinated account planning and team collaboration.
-Experience selling Marketing Technology, especially Analytics and/or CDP/DMP.
-Vertical knowledge in one or more industries (Gaming, Media & Publishing, Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods or B2B) and/or
specific functional areas (Digital Marketing, AdTech, Product Analytics, Machine Learning, etc.)

You will be bumped to the front of the line if you have

-A demonstrable track record of exceeding your quotas and goals
-A list of strong references from your customers, colleagues and/or managers
-Strong communication skills, which we screen for while reviewing your resume and doing phone interviews 
-Experienced in building complex, multi-year, SaaS deals and working across the entire sales cycle from qualification to signature.
-Strong personal network at C Level a distinct advantage.
