What You’ll Do

The Revenue Operations Manager : Supply is an integral support function for the operations of the supply department at TripleLift. The RevOps Manager will support the supply team by understanding the end to end operations of each team within the supply organization as it relates to their use of the CRM and data tools. The Revenue Operations Manager will partner with leaders across the supply organization to understand their needs and where current tools are falling short - serving as a feedback loop between the developer team and customer. 

The Revenue Operations Manager will develop sustainable solutions for each team in the supply department based on the team’s current needs. They will be responsible for defining, scoping and managing salesforce projects across the supply organization - working as a project manager of the salesforce developer team's work. They will partner with leads across the supply team to identify solutions for long term strategic initiatives as well as short term projects, ensuring that development resources are focused on long term initiatives. This role will partner closely with the supply leadership team to understand their needs and execute against any gaps in support.

Responsibilities 

  • Understanding End to End Operations 
    • Develop a deep understanding of how the supply team operates and interacts with the CRM and data tools. Serve as an expert on the revenue operations team for all things supply operations. 
    • Maintain user facing documentation for these tools and ensure technical documentation is maintained by the developer team. 
    • Provide training resources for new hires and skill maintenance training.
  • Partnering with The Supply Organization 
    • Be the go-to person for the supply organization for all needs related to salesforce, reporting, data management, and gaps in support. They will respond to ticket requests related to reporting needs.
    • Responsible for taking in feature requests and prioritizing them against the sprint cycle for the development team. They will be empowered to make some light feature changes in salesforce that don’t require development resources. 
  • Salesforce Development Project Management 
    • Partner with supply leadership to define new needs and initiatives and determine if they are long term development needs or short term project management needs. 
    • Write project scope documents for all long term development needs and manage Jira epics and stories for the development team. Ensure that all tickets are updated for backlog grooming and sprint planning ceremonies. 
    • Serve as the primary point of contact and communication conduit between developers and commercial stakeholders, providing regular updates to the commercial team on project progress. 
    • Own roll out, training and user facing documentation for all new salesforce tools developed for the supply team. 
    • Responsible for soliciting feedback from end users and communicating this back to the development team for adjustment or future builds.

  • You are infinitely curious and always pushing to create better and more integrated support systems for the sales team. 
  • You’ve got a keen eye for detail, are extremely organized, and thrive on identifying and delivery results.
  • Experienced with Salesforce, Excel, Project Management, and Jira
