Sales Operations Manager - Partnerships

Trustpilot is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Partner Operations Manager to join our international Commercial Operations team working out of our London office. We are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful person who is used to working in a fast paced environment supporting a rapidly growing sales team.

You will be responsible for Operations support for the Global Partnership Team, including supporting, managing and implementing key initiatives and process roll-outs, sales reporting, performance analysis, process optimization and managing & enforcing sales processes.

You will be working together with your colleagues in the operations team and with your stakeholders on the Partnership team.


In this role you will have the possibility to set a fingerprint in building the processes and help optimize the way the Partnership team operates to make it more efficient and scalable.



  • Partner with global operations leads and Partnership management to implement new & improved processes and build out support infrastructure

  • Own key weekly, monthly, quarterly operational processes, such as reporting, Forecasting and commissions preparation

  • Report on results, analyze trends and suggest improvements along with maintaining and develop the Partnership dashboards and standard reports

  • Own, manage and implement projects to support the global partnership team including systems & tools and process & policy improvements

  • Support Partner Team on systems & tool issue resolution

  • Assist with the maintenance of accurate Partner data within Salesforce and drive governance with Partner Managers with regards to timeliness and accuracy of updates.


Your profile


  • You understand and thrive working in a sales environment

  • Enjoy working collaboratively with various department across the organization

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales operations or commercial operations role
    \Organized and can juggle working on multiple different projects at once

  • Experienced working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce

  • Analytical mindset, passionate working with data and advanced Excel or Google skills
    Detail oriented

  • You are able to present and implement your ideas in order to get better solutions

  • An ability to prioritise workload and meet targets set by others

  • An ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision making with senior-level audiences

  • Takes personal responsibility to meet commitments and actively seeks additional responsibility

  • A team player & good communicator

  • Experience with Zuora, and Totango Customer Success management tool is an advantage

  • You are fluent in English (speaking and writing)
