Who?

We are looking for a proven sales individual contributor within the Contact Center space that comes with a strong book of business. Twilio is in the fastest growing cloud communications platform on the market. You’ll be working with Small to Medium sized Businesses and some of the world’s hottest startups.

What?

As a Contact Center Sales Specialist, you’ll be selling Twilio’s new Programmable Contact Center Application Platform, Flex. We’re looking for those who love talking to not only engineers and product managers; but also building new relationships with senior business owners and decision makers (CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Product / Chief Product Officers, Business Unit owners) about building their business on Twilio and managing the overall commercial relationship with these customers (including white space identification, contract negotiations, etc). This role is reporting into the Head of North American Commercial Sales.

Why?

Be responsible for working alongside the existing team of Commercial Account Executives to jointly position and sell Flex and our full suite of Contact Center APIs. Help to strengthen and deepen our relationship within small current customer accounts and new customers alike. Build relationships across the company to become a subject matter expert not just on the Contact Center Industry, but also on Twilio’s existing and emerging products. Proactively gather, analyze and leverage data on customer changes, industry trends and competitive dynamics to influence how these customers can use Twilio to drive maximum value for their businesses. And lastly, work cross functionally within Twilio to bring issues and support tickets to closure, as well as assist in launching new use cases.
