We are now looking to hire a Technical Recruiter to join our People team on a 12 month contract to help with the increased need for Software Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers and Product Team Members.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will demonstrate a methodical way of working with the ability to cope with competing demands while effectively prioritising tasks. You are a motivated self-starter, with demonstrated success in hiring top tech talent, who thrives to achieve success in a fast paced environment. You will play a key role in continuing to make Tyro the place to be for top tech talent and banking professionals looking to get into the exciting fintech industry.
Whilst no day will be the same, you will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
- Responsible for full cycle recruiting including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, presenting and closing qualified candidates
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience and represent the company with integrity and professionalism
- Further developing our already positive employment brand
- Finding creative ways to source highly talented technologists
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 4 years experience in Tech recruitment
- Outstanding networking, relationship building and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills to lead in a consultative way
