Udemy is looking for a multi-talented individual with excellent communication and organization skills, knowledge and comfort with software development practices and techniques, and a passion to help businesses and other organizations become modern “learning organizations”, via Udemy for Business. Our business offering leverages the marketplace catalogue of over 100,000 courses serving upward of 30M students. We are working closely with Learning & Development professionals, managers and learning leaders across thousands of organizations with the mission to deliver the best workplace learning experience in the industry.
You will be at the intersection between the Product Engineering and Support teams. Your days will involve talking to customers, understanding their challenges with using our platform, explaining our APIs and integration options in technical detail as well as troubleshooting and working with them to identify the root causes of various issues. You will also empower our Support team by building tools and establishing processes that will enable them to diagnose and resolve technical issues accurately, quickly and efficiently.
