As part of the Finance team, the NetSuite Senior Business Systems Analyst will participate in project work and support to scale the Order to Cash process to meet Udemy’s business needs. An ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Order to Cash process and exceptional analytical, communication, and problem solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels or organizations, including executive leadership.

This role will allow you to apply your NetSuite and SFDC expertise to some of Udemy’s most critical Quote to Cash initiatives.  You will work closely with your team to collaborate on creative solutions for technical challenges, provide input on the NetSuite/SFDC Quote to Cash roadmap, and provide direct impact to our business partners. You will interact frequently with senior management and must become a trusted thought-leader to our extended business partners.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Lead projects to scale the quote to cash process including integrations between Salesforce.com, NetSuite, and tax engine (such as Taxamo)
  • Perform administrator tasks for NetSuite and other systems
  • Work with cross-functional business teams and define best practice business processes
  • Gather and formalize business requirements, prepare design documents and create detailed test plans for enhancements and projects
  • Drive continuous improvement of the business process on the Order to Cash processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners
  • Be a liaison between the finance team and system implementation partners by driving quality output and deliverables
  • Partner with key stakeholders to implement and execute compliance processes for SOX

We're excited about you because you'll have:

  • 3-5 years experience as a NetSuite administrator
  • Experience in Salesforce and tax integration (such as Taxamo, Avalara) a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in application implementation methodologies and processes.
  • Good understanding of accounting concepts and principles.
  • Ability to work with a fast-paced and agile team focused on strong execution
