Sales Director - Talent

  • Lead sales efforts for Uncubed’s video-first talent sourcing platform
  • Own and manage the entire sales process for the platform
  • Identify, pitch, and close new business with customers ranging from high-growth startups to Fortune 100 companies
  • Lead, implement, and evolve CRM and process management best practices for the sales team
  • Manage a growing sales team
  • Work with the exec team to shape vision for Uncubed’s client services and account management structure

 

Requirements

    • 5+ years of sales experience
    • Understands and believes in Uncubed’s value proposition

 

  • Direct HR sales experience is strongly preferred

 

  • Values client relationships and appreciates customers are the company’s lifeblood
  • Seeks to develop and strengthen customer’s relationship with Uncubed
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to use metrics and analysis to identify opportunities and evaluate performance
  • Strong spreadsheet skills
  • Experience building and delivering custom proposals
  • Positive attitude and resourceful approach to challenges
  • Enjoys taking in-person customer meetings
