We are looking for a Client Lead to join our growing team in our new London office. As our new Client Lead you will be responsible for increasing the value of our product to key clients in the UK. You will be the expert adviser our key clients will go to in order to structure their; innovation, marketing and product development processes around customers.
What would your role be?
- Drive the customer-centered agenda in global enterprises and provide sparring on how to center their workflows around customers
- Identify key stakeholders in the organisation and create opportunities for up and cross sell
- Manage client relations to ensure they are well-serviced and getting value out of using our platform
- Understand our clients’ needs for customer involvement and connect it to our model to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
- Own and drive studies and projects end-to-end, ensuring that we deliver on the strategic and tactical objectives for our clients
Who are we looking for?
- You have a background in e.g. Marketing, Economics or Sales
- You have experience within sales or from a consultancy
- You have experience within customer research or other fields related to customer experience / design thinking
- You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, and love talking to clients
- You can work independently and cross-functionally with a strong can-do attitude
- You can understand company contexts and business challenges
- You possess great stakeholder management skills and work in a very structured way
