Digital design for a mixed-signal ASIC for next generation cutting-edge LiDAR technology
Perform digital design work across all aspects of the design flow from RTL to GDS.
Collaborate with system architects, algorithm developers, and analog designers to define innovative digital functions
Perform thorough verification planning and execute firmware based verification.
Develop synthesis constraints and perform logic synthesis
Behavioral modelling for analog blocks using verilog or verilog-ams
Generate and validate scan test vectors. BIST implementation for mixed signal designs.
Work with analog designers for mixed-mode simulation setup and debug.
Hands-on and recent experience with high speed mixed signal digital design in FPGA & ASIC
Experience with Verilog and System Verilog.
Experience with signal processing a plus
Experience with ASIC and FPGA
Experience in creating and analyzing Static Timing Analysis (STA) reports, clock domain crossing, and Logical Equivalency Checks.
Experience with logic synthesis is a plus
Experience with mixed-mode simulations
Experience with using tools such as Synopsis and/or Quartus for digital design and able to use virtuoso analog environment
BSEE, MSEE or PhD and/or 1+ years of relevant experience in Digital ASIC design as an individual contributor
