As a product manager with Venmo you will be part of the Product Team where you will work closely with fellow product managers, designers and engineers to deliver seamless intuitive payment experiences to our users.

Senior Product Manager, Disputes & Risk
We are looking for a driven, self motivated product manager with deep knowledge & experience in fraud and risk management space for payments, someone who has a proven track record of building & launching risk product solutions for fraud prevention with focus on stolen financials, ATO, identity management & building platforms to handle fraud and processes for obtaining fraud signals. The scope of responsibilities will include building solutions and strategies for managing risk & fraud related to ATO, stolen financials and end to end work flow for disputes & resolutions. In this role, you will define & build risk solutions for new products as well as managing existing products, work with the engineering and data sciences teams to execute, deploy, test and iterate products and solutions that drive successful outcomes for the customer and the business.
What You'll Do
- Create, Build & deploy the innovative risk solutions for new products
- Manage & prioritize the roadmap for risk initiatives
- Build relationships with stakeholders and teams to help influence & drive successful outcomes
- Ability to challenge existing stats quo and push for new, effective & efficient solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 + years of experience with expertise in Risk, Disputes, Payments or e-Commerce
- Bachelor’s degree, MS/MBA preferred
- Ability to focus on customer experiences and outcomes
- Ability to build strategy, prioritize with deploy new innovative solutions with focus
- Keen analytical & data skills, awareness of the latest in machine learning & AI methodologies that help us innovate on solutions
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
