Associate Analyst - HR Shared Services (Bilingual)

The HR Shared Services Associate Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following areas:

  • Provide prompt, courteous and accurate employee support as a primary point of contact for general HR queries in person, via the Visa Ask HR case management tool and over phone
  • Will partner with our Learning Management team to assist as needed with New Employee Orientation for Miami and Latin American offices
  • Assist with all onsite support of events for Miami and Latin American offices. Will require assisting with logistics, scheduling rooms and working with internal departments and vendors to ensure events run smoothly
  • Appropriately escalate issues to Tier 2, Payroll, IT and other areas of HR
  • Responsible for regular data entry into the company HCM software as it relates to new hires, transfers, cost center changes, employee demographics and other data points 
  • Accurately maintain employee records including on-boarding, off-boarding, employee personal and employment data
  • Responsible for providing employment letters to employees in the US, Latin America, Canada and Europe 
  • Scan, store and retrieve employee work documents
  • Assist with compliance training requests/emails/reports
  • Will maintain confidentiality as it pertains to all Human Resource and Payroll information along with adhering to the Code of Conduct and Mission and Value statement of the company
  • Expected to work 8-5 or 9-6 EST

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree

  • Fluent Bilingual in Spanish (Read, Write, Speak)
  • Prior experience working a HR Shared Services organization 
  • Customer Service / case management experience 
  • Knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, Smart Recruiters or other HRIS / ATS systems ​desired
  • Fluency in Portuguese a plus

Work Hours: Must be able to work a 8AM to 5PM EST or 9AM to 6PM EST shift M-F

Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
