We are seeking a Team Lead for our Stafford reconditioning facility to facilitate and manage the photography/listing team. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, productivity, and efficiency through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. You will oversee a team of photographers and listers while communicating with the Leadership team. This is a 2nd shift role, working hours are: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:30pm.
Ensure an efficient flow of vehicles through the photo booths
Maintain a consistent image quality that adheres to the Vroom photographing process; ensure high quality images and uniformity in each photo set
Responsible for general photo booth maintenance: lights, drywall, logos, and flooring are all functional, clean, and in like-new condition
Train photo team how to photograph and inventory vehicles
Order and replace equipment needed for photographers
Retrieve vehicles for "reshoot" or any photo update
Coordinate with other departments in Operations to communicate and complete pre-picture tasks and post-photo shoot
Minimum of 3 years of management experience
Possess strong technical, photography, and computer skills
General understanding of automotive details and features
Must be able to work well with multiple departments and establish solid relationships with management
Ability to prioritize tasks and set deadlines
Strong verbal and written communicator
Motivated, personable team player with a superior work ethic
Operate manual and automatic transmissions
Availability to work Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:30pm
Must have valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
