The Vroom Fulfillment Team is looking for a person with a passion for cars, the ability to multi-task and an eye for quality! The Shipping Assistant contributes to our team's success by verifying vehicles are ready for transport and working with the carriers to begin their delivery the right way.

Vehicle Departures: Performing the pre-load inspection validating quality standards; preparing the vehicle for customer delivery; delivering the vehicle to the carrier for loading; verifying accuracy of transport documents at time of departure.

Customer Service: Documenting vehicle quality and presentation all through the eyes of the customer validating vehicle options / configuration in response to customer inquiries.

Along with Works closely with the Dispatch Manger to define prioritization and workload; contributes to special projects and strategic initiatives.


  • At least two years experience in automotive-related position
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with no moving violations in the last two years
  • Able to operate multiple passenger vehicle configurations (e.g. manual transmission, navigation systems)
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity using spreadsheets and data reporting tools
  • Proven self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work a flexible schedule and travel in support of multi-location team
