Vroom is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our native app team (iOS and Android). This person will play a critical role in shaping and executing Vroom’s vision for mobile app experiences and its key role in our overall customer journey. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, data-driven leader with proven experience creating robust app experiences and knowledge of mobile best practices. This candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity, and is energized by working with smart people in a fast-paced environment to solve complex problems
Lead and execute product strategy for customer-facing native app products (iOS & Android) using Agile methodologies
Develop a working framework for how to balance distinct native app priorities with the need to maintain feature parity with web
Manage push notifications and track customer usage across platforms
Perform AB testing of messaging and new product features - identifying assumptions, coming up with hypotheses, running tests to measure impact of different campaigns and experiences, analyzing outcomes both expected and unexpected business impacts
Build native apps that increase usage, improve conversion rates, and help build a better CX for the customer.
4+ years of experience as a product manager on a customer-facing native app (iOS and Android preferred)
