Our sales team works closely with all of our partners to create and manage relationships that are long lasting and of high value. Our relationship with developers is paramount, we maintain regular, friendly and helpful contact with all of our partners.


The Account Executive will work together with our Tokyo team in order to generate new relationships; proactively reaching out to new potential partners and working to bring them on board. In addition, you’ll work closely with the sales leadership in closing meaningful deals and assisting with organizational duties. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Help Vungle expand its products and services to new and existing partners.
  • Provide analysis and feedback to partners on how to better monetize their apps.
  • Creating new business leads and converting inbound inquiries into opportunities.
  • Contacting potential clients by email/phone to create opportunities.
  • Building strong rapport with clients to drive long-term relationships.
  • Building a strong department culture.

Essential Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development in internet, software, or hardware (mobile and tech industry such as gaming, adtech, e-commerce, or similar are a major plus)
  • Working knowledge and design skills in Powerpoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain attention to detail.
  • Native level Japanese reading, writing, and speaking ability (JLPT Level 1) ; fluency in English (minimum TOEIC 700).
