Part-Time Remote Customer Experience Advisor—Retail Phones

The Customer Experience team is looking for a personable, hard-working teammate who can deliver a knock-your-socks-off experience to all of our customers. This is remote, part-time role is a great opportunity to learn more about our brand while assisting our customers via phone and e-mail to deliver an above-and-beyond shopping experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist customers via phone and email, helping out with styling advice, order completion, and much more
  • Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience and brainstorm with your manager
  • Master our internal management system in order to efficiently and effectively process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
  • Use internal communication software to interact with your teammates
  • Channel recurring customer inquiries to all areas of the business such as technology, marketing, design, and product

  • An all-star who takes ownership of (and pride in) their work
  • Able to think outside the box and superb at creative problem-solving
  • An expert communicator (both online and offline!) who understands the impact of tone and can adapt your communication accordingly
  • Eager to learn new tech systems and procedures.
  • Has a high-speed internet connection and quiet work space to make phone calls
  • Can juggle many tasks at once while remaining extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • A fan of the brand who’s excited to represent Warby Parker to our customers on a daily basis
  • Must have weekend availability. This includes the holiday season.
  • Able to work 20+ hours per week, and available to come into our Nashville office for a 4-week training period.
