We are looking for an individual who is mission driven, loves sales, has experience managing a full sales cycle to close and can think big and outside of the box.
We have several full-time Account Executive roles open in the Texas Territory. Our Account Executive will be in Dallas, and will help lead our sales efforts in the market and reporting to our Southwest Sales Manager. This role wears several hats; sales leader, coach, process developer. In this role, you will prospecting, qualifying, touring and selling within the Dallas Fort Worth market. Additionally, the Account Executive will be responsible for building relationships and developing relationships and strategy with our Community teams who are fundamental in creating the unique experiences that ensure our community thrives and our new members join. As we expand, we expect our teammates to think big for our members and play a part in developing new best practices that drive opportunity.
50% Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., social selling, calling and emailing, networking, events, etc.)
25% Existing sales pipeline management.
25% Inbound lead management.
Partner with New Member Development and Community teams to ensure the best experience and placement of our new members.
Touring and demonstrating WeWork spaces with potential members.
Regional support; 10% travel.
WHAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS:
More than 4 years of sales experience managing a full sales cycle.
Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships.
Demonstrated ability to penetrate new markets.
Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills. Creativity is also a must.
Detail orientation and organization skills required.
College/University graduate with 4-year degree preferred.
Enthusiasm for the WeWork brand and our mission.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

- Experience building professional PowerPoints and collateral a plus.
- Experience negotiating a plus.
