Growth Ops Lead - FP&A and Analytics

WeWork is looking for a FP&A and Analytics lead to join the Growth Operations team to support the US & Canada Growth organization. This role will play a critical role by serving as a linchpin between HQ and the region as well as the Growth and Finance organizations. The ideal candidate is analytical, motivated, resourceful and eager to dive into the data.


  • Own the regional forecasting process for headcount planning, annual expense budgeting and long range planning for the Growth organization.

  • Act as central point of contact for all business partners with respect to headcount tracking and related expense analysis.

  • Create, manage and automate operational reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of the function.

  • Develop monthly reporting on forecast-to-actual variances, and provide insightful analysis to management.

  • Support the regional management team on business planning, strategy, and special projects.

  • Pinpoint system, structural and process improvements across the full-cycle of member growth, surface needle-moving experiments, make actionable recommendations, and drive execution to implement change.

  • Contribute to ad-hoc analysis for leadership.


  • 3-5 years of FP&A experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

  • Knowledge of Workday Financials and/or Essbase a plus.

  • Exceptional data analysis and reporting capabilities.

  • Must possess advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Strong executive presence; experience and comfort level working with C-level executives.

  • Highly motivated and willing to take on multiple responsibilities at once.

  • Must be highly organized.

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
