WeWork Growth Academy

ABOUT THE ROLE

WeWork is launching the WeWork Growth Academy to offer top university graduates a unique train-to-hire opportunity at one of the fastest growing companies in the world. We’re seeking college seniors to join an industry-leading organization with a focus on scaling high-impact growth initiatives across the company.

The Global Growth team is on a mission to be the leading real estate partner for the world's largest and fastest growing companies. In response to unprecedented demand from major global corporations, our goal is to leverage WeWork's flexible space solutions, global business community, and innovative workplace technology to revolutionize how people work. Growth Academy roles will sit in the Enterprise or Medium-Large Business sales teams, accounting for over two-thirds of the Company’s run-rate sales. Enterprise members to date include a majority of Fortune 500 companies and name-brand growth companies spanning a variety of industries.

The program begins with an intensive six-week training program, during which Analysts will receive in-depth training from WeWork leaders and industry professionals across commercial real estate, financial modeling & analytics, deal strategy and negotiation, business development, and more! The training program prepares Analysts for a full-time role on our Global Growth team in areas ranging from Business Development to Real Estate Advisory across six U.S. markets:

  • Austin, TX

  • Boston, MA

  • Chicago, IL

  • Los Angeles, CA

  • New York City, NY

  • San Francisco, CA

Training will be held at WeWork HQ in New York City. Housing accommodations will be provided by WeWork. Training will culminate in our annual employee retreat, Summer Camp. Analysts will have the option to preference rank the six market locations in the application and continued discussions throughout the interview process. Offers will include a permanent location

Growth Academy Analysts will be responsible for the financial underwriting & analysis of transactions, the production of compelling deal materials for key client stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, Heads of Real Estate), and the creation and codification of new deal structures and products. They will ultimately help drive the development and direction of the business' long-term vision and strategy.
