Project Manager, Growth Partnerships

The WeWork Growth Partnerships Program is looking for a dynamic, experienced business Project Manager. This role manages critical projects that are non-cyclical and varied, aligning with the project management life cycle (initiating/defining; planning; executing; close-out) and supporting business priorities. May also perform some project work, such as research and analysis.

As a key member of the Growth Partnerships Operations team, this role will play an integral part of our program’s strategy and execution. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Proactively identify and implement operational and technical improvements and enhancements that drive sales productivity and improve the customer experience

  • Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of projects to stakeholders within and beyond the project team, including Senior Management.

  • Handle multiple projects at once, be able to effectively prioritize initiatives, and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.


  • Partner with global business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that solve global WeWork business needs.

  • Understanding customer, internal sales and account management team needs and translating them into robust business requirements for configuration and development.

  • Roadmap development and prioritization in partnership with the Global Sales Operations team, Technology, and business stakeholders.

  • Evaluate and assess in-flight and completed projects and initiatives.


  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.

  • In-depth experience with the Salesforce.com application and other sales infrastructure tools (Troops, SalesLoft, etc.)

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience to include project management work.

  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g Excel project plans, JIRA, Kanban boards).

  • Displays strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills.

  • In-depth understanding of standard business processes (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)

  • Strong business analysis and functional understanding, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

  • Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to work independently

  • Experience working in iterative projects, and with deployment strategies/processes (staging environment vs. production)

  • Strong understanding of Agile based development practices and Sprint planning strategies. Project management and/or business process management certification or equivalent experience

  • Experience working with global teams
