The WeWork Growth Partnerships Program is looking for a dynamic, experienced business Project Manager. This role manages critical projects that are non-cyclical and varied, aligning with the project management life cycle (initiating/defining; planning; executing; close-out) and supporting business priorities. May also perform some project work, such as research and analysis.
As a key member of the Growth Partnerships Operations team, this role will play an integral part of our program’s strategy and execution. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Proactively identify and implement operational and technical improvements and enhancements that drive sales productivity and improve the customer experience
Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of projects to stakeholders within and beyond the project team, including Senior Management.
Handle multiple projects at once, be able to effectively prioritize initiatives, and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.
Partner with global business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that solve global WeWork business needs.
Understanding customer, internal sales and account management team needs and translating them into robust business requirements for configuration and development.
Roadmap development and prioritization in partnership with the Global Sales Operations team, Technology, and business stakeholders.
Evaluate and assess in-flight and completed projects and initiatives.
Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
In-depth experience with the Salesforce.com application and other sales infrastructure tools (Troops, SalesLoft, etc.)
2-3 years of relevant experience to include project management work.
Proficient with project management tools (e.g Excel project plans, JIRA, Kanban boards).
Displays strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills.
In-depth understanding of standard business processes (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
Strong business analysis and functional understanding, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to work independently
Experience working in iterative projects, and with deployment strategies/processes (staging environment vs. production)
Strong understanding of Agile based development practices and Sprint planning strategies. Project management and/or business process management certification or equivalent experience
Experience working with global teams
