We are looking for a passionate and talented Manager to join our newly created team that will focus on piloting and scaling our Growth Initiatives globally. Our Growth Strategy group operates like as an internal consulting team, working cross functionally to drive acquisition + retention + growth strategies, and executing on initiatives that will grow our member base.
Reporting into the Director of Growth Strategy, this position will play a critical role at HQ, interfacing with different teams, regions, and functions surrounding the Growth organization. This individual will be primarily focus on scaling our Growth Initiatives globally, working with the regional teams to localize the programs to ensure scalability. These initiatives are created to help drive WeWork’s commitment on sustaining its exponential growth by focusing on the value propositions, product offerings, and member experiences and touchpoints that matter most.
The Manager will lead the development of playbooks, processes, and tools that affect the entire, Global sales organization. This person will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. During both strategy definition as well as execution, the Sr. Analyst will partner closely with WeWork’s Growth Data & Insight and Growth Innovation Teams.
Serve as the liaison between the region and HQ on centrally-led global Growth Initiatives to develop creative tools and platforms for local Sales, Marketing, and Community teams
Pinpoint system, structural and process improvements across the full-cycle of member growth, surface needle-moving experiments, make actionable recommendations, and drive execution to implement change
Turn pilots into global scale roll outs by partnering with local teams to co-develop playbook, processes and tools
Support the regional management team on business planning, strategy, and special projects
Perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis to support conclusions and influence decisions, including market segmentation and sizing, market trend and competitive landscape analyses, business and financial modeling, operations analyses, etc.
Synthesize analyses into compelling presentations and effectively communicate findings on key trends, insights, and implications while aligning stakeholders on action plan
Translate strategy into specific business initiatives and develop tools to measure and evaluate them
BA/BS degree from leading school; MBA preferred
4+ years of experience in Banking, Consulting, Financial Services, or Sales Operations; ideally work experience supporting a breadth of projects
Experienced with product launches and go to market strategies - turning a vision or idea into a proof of concept and scaling globally
Strong business insights and proven Project Management skills
Expert user on Excel / Tableau and strong knowledge on SQL – leveraging on big data sets to identify opportunities, drive strategic insights and recommendations
Must be detail-oriented and keen to dig into numbers and variances
Strong communication skills and ability to influence through all levels of the organization
