Growth Project Manager

Reporting to the SVP Central Growth, the Project Manager will be responsible for working cross-functionally partnering with Sales, Marketing, Digital, Product, Analytics, Technology, Community and Creative to deliver programs designed to optimize experience, generate revenue and solve complex business challenges. This individual will be a key driver in bringing projects together across the Central Growth organization.
This role will be critical in designing the foundation for cross-functional collaboration and effective process management between teams in order to deliver connected end-to-end experiences for WeWork prospects and members.
End-to-end project management of Central Growth initiatives
Develop and own project plans and charters for multiple Central Growth business programs
Design cross-functional stakeholder communication plans to deliver updates to key business owners at regular cadence
Partner with the analytics team to design program reporting and distribution strategy
Regularly review program progress to ensure that key milestones are being met
Design stakeholder escalation plan for issue or blocker management
Partner with Central Growth team members to uncover insights around opportunities for optimization
5-7 years at a top consulting firm or experience within a Project Lead/Management role
Track record of cross-functional program delivery
Previous experience in implementation and program set-up/design
Highly organized with high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
Tech-savvy and interested in the latest digital technology and tools available
General understanding of Salesforce systems and tools including; SFDC, SFMC, SF DMP
