The Growth Operations Team is looking for a high-performing analyst to support WeWork’s North American sales teams and make significant contributions to our mission. All Growth Operations team members work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Data Scientists, and Community on fast moving, high-stakes problems.
The Growth Ops Lead will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights about the business, supporting key initiatives to scale our impact, and influencing decisions within the North American Sales teams. This person will also be tasked with ensuring adherence to business systems and processes.
The Growth Ops Lead will be part of the team responsible for designing and implementing the commercial and sales strategy for WeWork’s North American sales teams. This will involve liaising with other Growth Operations team members around the world, sales leaders and representatives, as well as other cross-functional teams on an ongoing basis.
In this role, the primary responsibilities will include:
Working with the North American Growth Operations team to help drive forward key initiatives through reporting, data analysis, and insight development
Working directly with North American Sales teams to implement and scale initiatives, deliver trainings, and source input for future projects
Working cross-functionally with the broader Global Growth Operations team and other cross-functional partners to execute on regional and global projects
Developing reports and dashboards via BI Platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau and Salesforce)
Tracking, reporting and reviewing performance against KPIs to derive actionable insights that drive the business forward
Helping drive adoption and adherence to CRM best practices
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Economics, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Degrees or similar fields
2-3 years of experience (full time) using data to facilitate business decisions; High growth, technology, strategy consulting, business intelligence, investment banking/private equity background is a plus
Strong analytical and quantitative skills (excellent Excel skills required, SQL proficiency is preferred)
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool is desired
