Enterprise Business Development Manager

Business Development Mission: Our team’s goal is to generate demand and awareness of the enterprise product offering, delivering an increase in revenue and pipeline creation. We achieve this through scaling our organization of BDR's to build broker relationships within key cities. In addition, we create synergy between enterprise and CWeOs/Local teams.
 

Main Objectives:

1.    Broker Channel (60%)

a.    Form and maintain relationships with high-level brokers within market that drive new and incremental enterprise revenue;

b.    Evangelize the WW Enterprise vision through market meetings, pitches, in-market events, industry groups and account specific initiatives;

c.    Educate the top-tier brokerage community on WeWork products (custom, WWLO, Pxwe), deal structures, and internal processes (product, legal);

d.    Manage broker directory within region and create localized marketing strategy for activating broker accounts;

e.    Update Salesforce on a weekly basis to map activities against broker directory.

2.    Enterprise Accounts (25%)

a.    Each business development representative will be assigned 10-15 accounts within region;

b.    Develop marketing plan to build relationships and pipeline with each client;

c.    Collaborate with assigned enterprise account executives on the ongoing development of enterprise accounts;

d.    Facilitate existing enterprise clients deals within region to support AE’s in closing transactions;

e.    Manage activities across accounts on weekly basis within Salesforce.

3.    Community Enterprise Development: (15%)

a.    Build strong partnership in market with WeWork regional sales teams;

b.    Educate local teams on enterprise products, value proposition, and growth;

c.    Partner with WeWork real estate team & strategy to generate data for market analytics;

d.    Increase collaboration between enterprise & local sales teams;

e. Partner with WW strategy team to execute on local market data.

Minimum Qualifications:

-> Bachelor’s degree;

-> Experience prospecting new clients and creating sales pipeline 

-> Experience in the Real Estate market is a plus

-> Fluent in English and Portuguese.
