The Growth Operations Team is looking for a high-performing manager to support the Global Enterprise sales team and make significant contributions to our mission. All Growth Operations team members work closely with Product, Data Scientists, Sales, and Community on fast moving, high-stakes problems.
The Enterprise Growth Ops Manager will play a critical role at WeWork HQ, responsible for delivering data-driven insights about the Enterprise business, finding opportunities to scale our impact, and influencing decisions within the Enterprise team. This person will also be tasked with driving adherence to business systems and processes.
The Growth Ops team supports WeWork’s Growth organization, which is committed to drive sales, improve retention, and increase member loyalty through continuously enhancing our members’ experience. The Growth Ops Enterprise Manager will lead a team responsible for designing and implementing the commercial and sales strategy for the WeWork Enterprise team. This will involve liaising with the Enterprise sales team as well as other cross-functional teams on an ongoing basis.
In this role, the primary responsibilities will include:
Partnering with the senior leaders of the Enterprise Sales team to help formulate their key priorities
Leading the HQ Enterprise Growth Ops team to drive efficiency and best practices execution across the Global Enterprise Sales org
Support high stakes initiatives such as goal setting, compensation, and forecasting
Developing reports and dashboards via BI Platforms (eg Looker, Tableau and Salesforce)
Tracking, reporting and reviewing performance against KPIs to derive actionable insights that drive the business forward
Diagnosing gaps in performance and providing actionable solutions to address them
Helping drive adoption and adherence to CRM best practices
Designing and implementing projects that drive long-term growth
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Economics, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Degrees or similar fields
6+ years of experience (full time) using data to facilitate business decisions; High growth, technology, strategy consulting, business intelligence, investment banking/private equity background is a plus
Previous managerial experience is a plus
Strong analytical and quantitative skills (excellent Excel skills required, basic SQL is a plus)
Exposure to Salesforce or other CRMs, Xactly, and SalesLoft is a plus
Comfort with statistical concepts.
Ability to facilitate experimentation and conduct experiment analysis.
