In this role you will lead data collection, analysis, and reporting for the global Teem by WeWork Go-To-Market (GTM) Organization. You will be responsible for the accuracy of data collected from various sources for internal and external reporting needs. Define and develop standard data analysis, reports, and dashboards as well as system administration.
Deep data and analytics skills, detail oriented, and have a data driven mindset
Demonstrated problem-solving ability with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets
Ability to work in a fast paced environment; comfortable testing and proving results through data
Strong written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain the significance of data and trends to executive stakeholders
Experience in Saas or other technology industry
Ability to be highly adaptive in an ever-changing environment where you are constantly improving yourself, your team and your processes
Able to effectively analyze complex business problems and assess how automated reporting or processes can be implemented to solve them
Can translate data business requirements into user and functional requirements and drive momentum with project and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely project execution
Comfortable establishing and evangelizing a desired end state, or outcome, and motivating others to come along
Self-starter and resourceful in carrying out assignments and follow-through
You ask detailed and specific questions, understand nuance, and challenge conventional wisdom
Required System Experience
Tableau or similar BI tool experience
SQL experience a plus
Strong Salesforce.com background, plus reporting skills
Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance) or equivalent experience in a quantitative role
Minimum of two years of post-collegiate work experience in a quantitative role.
Strategy/consulting/operations background is a plus
Work with large amount of data to analyze and find conclusions with actionable insights
Define and author reports and/or dashboards with views for various groups including Sales Account Executives, Customer Success, Customer Support and Professional Services.
Define, build, and present comprehensive analysis for forecasting, territory management, and variable compensation management plans.
Manage and support Territory Management and Compensation Tools, including administration in SFDC
Define data-analysis business requirements to drive process, systems, and adoption
Define and maintain KPI’s as appropriate for varying business units/functional groups
Deliver scheduled reports to senior management on a scheduled basis
