We are looking for dynamic individuals to join the Teem by WeWork Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team as a Business Systems and Operations Project Manager. You will manage and lead projects to help build out systems (eg. SFDC) and processes that support the entire Customer Journey. In this role, you will work closely with Sr. Leaders, stakeholders, administrators and developers across the GTM organization to deeply understand the needs of each group to deliver a first-class sales and customer success experience.

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent experience
Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
Minimum 2 years experience in Information Technology industry
Application/data analysis a plus
Familiarity with project management principles including agile and other development principles
Serve as a primary point of contact for Business Operations systems projects including Salesforce.com, subscription management, product app, and other WeWork business systems
Collaborate with different teams both within and outside the Go-To-Market teams (Sales, Success, Support, Professional Services) on various initiatives to optimize existing processes and tools
Help define project scope, goals and deliverables. Define tasks and required resources.
Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions. Create, maintain, and distribute regular progress reports.
Project manage multiple initiatives from conception to implementation
Conduct user group sessions, including UAT
Assist training and other operational teams to ensure a smooth transition of new releases by producing documentation/presentations as needed
Utilize/Administer Jira, Monday.com or similar tool to manage projects across teams.
Contribute to the development and implementation of department processes and procedures.
Work with project stakeholders to elicit business requirements and ensure the results of the development complies with user and business specifications
Work from a vision instead of being solely task-oriented
Build strong business relationships across all functional teams involved in releasing or supporting a solution; work with stakeholders to understand interdependencies across projects
Leverage technical experience to communicate technical constraints and approaches; able to ideate solutions and development to facilitate constructive brainstorming and solution design
Create workflow/process flow diagrams when applicable
